TERMS & CONDITIONS
CASUAL CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Once a student has booked in for a casual class or workshop, cancellations are not permitted and refunds cannot be provided for non attendance. The class or workshop cannot be transferred to another student, or redeemed at a later date. Non attendance therefore results in the forfeiture of that class or workshop.
Private lessons must be cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. If the private lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the booking start time, the client will be charged in full for the private lesson. When purchasing a package of Private lessons, please make your selection carefully as we are unable to provide a refund. Private lesson packages cannot be transferred and the expiry date of your package is unable to be extended. Any private lessons remaining on your package on the date of expiry are therefore forfeited. It is the responsibility of the package holder to ensure all credit is used prior to the expiry date. Private lesson packages can not be used to pay for classes, workshops, short courses or performance team training sessions.
