TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have registered for a course by either paying upfront or signing up for a payment plan, you are committing to the full course. Cancellation are not permitted and refunds cannot be provided, neither full nor partial. Payment plans may not be cancelled or suspended and will be required to be paid in full regardless of attendance.
All sessions expire at the conclusion of the course and cannot be redeemed in subsequent courses. If sessions are missed they are non-refundable, non-redeemable and non-transferrable. Missed sessions are therefore forfeited.
Should circumstances such as injury or illness prevent a student from completing their course, the student should notify us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise if an alternative arrangement can be provided for the student, such as redeeming missed classes at a later date. Please note that any alternative arrangements provided are at our sole discretion, and we can not provide refunds, neither full, nor partial under any circumstance.
